How we handle your details.

We ask for your email address before we hand you a full report. We use the email to send you the report and, with your specific consent, to contact you about Plottr product updates, builder and architect introductions, and related property services.

We do not sell your email. We do not pass it to third parties without your explicit consent at the point of introduction. You can withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP to any email or writing to privacy@plottr.com.au.

The reports themselves are generated from publicly available NSW planning data and your specific lot's denormalised attributes. The report is not a planning certificate. Always confirm critical details with the council Section 10.7 certificate before making a decision.
